When you call them, does it ring at all, or simply ends as soon as you attempt the call please?

It's when they call me, the phone doesn't ring at all. Goes to voicemail or just fails

Okay, are you receiving other normal calls?
Is it just the bank?

Just banks , the building society and NS&I . Every other phone call comes through. It's when I have to get a two stage security code set to my phone,ie a pin number to gain access. Some organisations send a text which works perfectly but not when they ring

Just tried again with my bank and guess what ,my phone never rung. Had to rely on the landline yet again
Tried to follow you advice and go to live chat and once again ID mobile are shocking in their customer care department and it's not available.
I'm going to log a complaint now ahs this is an issue I was told would be fixed after a few hours when I first took out my ID contract.
You clearly don't honour your word and it's impossible to get a solution to my problem

I've raised the issue yet again and I'm still waiting for a reply from ID . They said 48hrs but I'm still waiting nearly a week later.
