Not receiving automated messages or OTP


Hi,

I have been with ID for quite some time now. Everything was fine but from last couple of weeks I am not getting any SMS/OTP from automated services. Although I am receiving normal text messages from friends and family. Any suggestions

Did you get OTP codes before? It’d be very strange for them to have been working and suddenly not working.

yep, many times. Looking at my messages, the last one I received was on 7/11

It is more than a week now, but I am still not getting any OTP. I hope you can understand the frustration that I am facing using various services.
