i am having problems with receiving and making calls, one day it will be ok and then can’t do either for several days, i have rebooted my phone several times, all the settings are the same, is this an ID network problem or something else?

It sounds like it may your handset settings.
Have you tried to enable 4G and Volte then disable 3G.

I have managed to get it working again by turning on the alerts in notifications for the phone, not sure how it managed to get turned off in the first place though
