I am receiving texts just fine from all contacts apart from the 2 I know who are in tesco mobile. Naturally tesco are blaming my network, saying they can see the text has been sent* successfully through their systems.
I have ensured neither number is blocked, as well as trying a different handset. Tesco even sent out a new sim to her which hasn't done anything.
Both devices have been power cycled and network settings reset, to no avail
Anyone else experienced this? Its just those 2 contacts, no one else....
*its my mothers number that's not coming through, and I've spoken to tesco on her behalf
