Not recieving texts after switching to ID

I switched to ID last week from ee but my messages haven’t updated to my old number. Please can someone get in touch with me to sort this.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset @Matt B 1995?

The handset user guide should explain how to do this.
