For some reason since last Friday when some people try calling me it says number bot recognised. But then others can call me. Any ideas?

I’m sorry to hear this, have you just joined us or have you been with us for a while?
Are you able to call outbound to the number who cannot call you?
Please let us know if you’re still having issues with this.

Hi Tom, I appreciate the response. I have been on ID over a year, initially I thought it was just people on EE but it was most networks and hit and miss. I could call them back.
The problem has resolved itself now though.
