Hi I have been trying to port two numbers across using pac codes for the last few days and it keeps saying something went wrong! I've checked and triple checked the details I have entered are correct tried on multiple devices and still no joy. Is there something wrong at ID mobile end can not get hold of anyone to help we didn't have this trouble last time we switched to this network any help would be appreciated

Have you tried iD online Live Chat, at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, for assistance with this issue,
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
After connecting, type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
