Number still not transferred to new sim

Hello, I have recently switched from 3 to ID mobile and sent my pac code and my number is no longer active on my old network but still hasn’t moved to my new sim. Can anyone help at all please?

Is your number transfer happening today @Ruth Summers?

iD advise that sometimes it can take until 10pm for the port to be completed properly.
