Its been 6 days now from the date that I requested my phone number to be transferred..my PAC code was given when i bought the new phone/contract…how can I contact somebody about this as it is really frustrating as I use this number for work?

You’ll probably need to use the online iD Live Chat service to get assistance with this @Tameeka.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
