Hi, I tried to transfer my old number to ID but it’s not changing for some reason, I tried few times using PAC, can you have a look for me please, and I’m gonna travel to Brazil, is ID cover internet there? Thank you

If you need help with your iD account and iD SIM, have you tried one of the following options for contacting iD support?
- Online Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via popup window in a browser).
- By private message using Facebook Messenger.
- By X (formerly Twitter) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
You can use your iD SIM in Brazil, but not your iD plan UK allowances. Find iD roaming charges online at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges.
