old number not ported over

I joined id and requested my old number be ported over, sent id the pac code and chose 07/08/23 as the transfer date.  When I call anyone it is the new number showing not the old one.  Any help appreciated as I am expecting calls and they cant get through

    Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your device that’s using the iD SIM card @Jo Sutcliffe?

    The handset user guide should explain how to do this.

    @andewhite I’ve an iphone and I've gone into the setting, phone, and “my number” is showing my id number I've tried to delete that and add my old number but it wont allow me to save it.  Is that what you mean by network reset?

    @andewhite I've now done the network reset and this unfortunately hasn't made any difference

    If you’ve iOS 16+ and you used:

    Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

    You’ll have done a Network Reset @Jo Sutcliffe.

    Sometimes the following procedure fixes this issue with an iPhone: 

    1. Turn OFF your iPhone.
    2. Remove the iD SIM card.
    3. Check SIM card is clean, and without any fingerprints on the gold contacts.
    4. Wait at least 30-minutes.
    5. Insert the iD SIM card and power ON.
