old number not porting over

Hi, I have just moved to iD mobile and provided a PAC code from my previous contractor. However, this hasn’t transferred over and my phone is still linked to the incorrect new number. I got a message yesterday to say that was my number transferred over. I have followed the update settings advice in the help section and it just puts the old number for the phone back in every time I try to replace it with my ported number. 

Please advise

Have you tried doing a NETWORK RESET on your handset @aonedgar?

The handset user guide should explain how to do this.
