Good morning,

I have received my phone but the box has been opened. It's for a Christmas present.

Please find enclosed pictures 

Can you advise me on what to do?

    Hi @Todd Keli 

     

    Sorry to see this, with some of the Samsung Galaxy A series boxes being a softer cardboard than other devices they can get a little bashed in shipping, I’d recommend double checking the contents of the package itself to ensure the device is okay.

     

    However given the condition of this packaging, we’d understand if you’d like to explore the option of an exchange, please contact the vendor you’ve purchased via, if you’ve purchased via iD Mobile directly please let us know so we can get in touch.
