Hi I placed two orders for the new iPhone 15. One has been completed but I've heard nothing about my other order.

+26Looking at the iD online shop, it says iPhone 15 won’t be in-stock until 22nd September 2023, at the earliest
It seems pre-ordering might be a way to reserve an item(s), until in-stock.
Perhaps the iD telephone sales team can assist - contact the team on 020 7139 1397.
