ordered esim but phone not compatible


Hi

 

I ordered an Esim for my new account but have now realised my phone isn't able to accept an esim.  How do I request a sim instead please?

I just opened a contract plan with ID. I ordered an eSIM by mistake. My phone (Galaxy note 10+) is esim incompatible. How to I change my order to have a microsim delivered instead please?

We’d instead recommend the above to request a replacement (physical) SIM and then activating that to your account here.

 

Replacement physical SIM cards can be picked up from any Currys store.
