I'd like some information around my billing. 

My direct debit failed and now I have a bill for £73.98 with overdales. I have been on live chat and been told I can still make the payment on my ID mobile app which I can. If this was the case why has it been sent to debt collectors. 

 

This is really stressful if someone can help that would be great.

Hi @Leahmae93 

 

An outstanding bill would be sent to a debt collection agency typically if the owed amount was overdue for a while, typically this would be 3 months however if there is a history of missed payments it may be sooner.

 

Even if the owed amount is sent to a debt collector, you’ll still be able to pay directly to iD Mobile.
