I have my pac code but when trying to enter it on the ID mobile app or website I'm getting a URL rejected page.

    Hey @Hannah Cornwall, the iD online Live Chat team should be able to help process your PAC if other options don’t work.

    The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

    Have you tried a different browser or device for the iD Mobile port form?
