I just purchased an eSIM with iD and I am wanting to use my PAC in order to keep my number from my last provider

    Hi ​@kaitlynmo 

    You should activate your iD Mobile eSIM in your phone first.

    Your initial iD Mobile number needs to be allocated to your iD account, which happens when you activate your eSIM. 

    Once your iD eSIM is activated and your network services are all working, you can submit your PAC for the number you want to keep.

    Or you can contact the Live Chat (Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box)…….

    Please be aware that Live Chat is not instant and you may have to wait a while to chat to an advisor as they handle several customer queries at one time.
