I need a pac code from id. I've text the number 65075. Text PAC and Date of Birth but doesn't recognise me! How do I contact ID. Or can someone run through how to do it online as I can't seem to access "my account" and switch or cancel. I'm with id my contract expires in just over a month

Have you tried asking an iD customer adviser for your PAC,
You can do this using the online iD Live Chat service.
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays, and 6pm at weekends.
