I have tried submitting my PAC code to transfer my number using the online form - but it says there is an error. I’ve checked all the details and they are correct.
I have an eSIM - and chose transfer number on receipt of sim.

Have you managed to switch your number to iD yet? I know there was a brief outage of the PAC microsite earlier this month.
