I HAVE ATTEMPTED FOR A WEEK AND A HALF TO TRANSFER MY PAC CODE ONTO MY NEW NETWORK HOWEVER I THE PAC CODE KEEPS SHOWING UP WITH A MESSAGING WHICH SHOWSW AN EXPIRED DATE I.E “...THIS PAC CODE WILL EXPIRE ON 2020-12-24” EVEN THOUGH THE DATE IS 15 JAN 2021.
SHOULD THIS ISSUE NOT GET RESOLVED, I WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER MONTHLY PAYMENT WHILST I HAVE ALREADY STARTED PAYING FOR MY NEW CONTRACT.
I HAVE TRIED TO GO ON THE CHAT AND HAVE LEFT A COMPLAINT, ALL OF WHICH I HAVE RECORDED FOR/IF I HAVE TO REPORT TO THE OMBUDSMAN. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE STRUGGLING WITH THIS,.
PLEASE HELP ME RESET THIS PAC CODE AND ALSO MAKE SURE NOTHING GETS PAYED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
