PAC CODE AND SHOWING EXPIRED EXPIRY DATE EVEN AFTER REQUESTING NEW ONE

I HAVE ATTEMPTED FOR A WEEK AND A HALF TO TRANSFER MY PAC CODE ONTO MY NEW NETWORK HOWEVER I THE PAC CODE KEEPS SHOWING UP WITH A MESSAGING WHICH SHOWSW AN EXPIRED DATE I.E “...THIS PAC CODE WILL EXPIRE ON 2020-12-24” EVEN THOUGH THE DATE IS 15 JAN 2021.

SHOULD THIS ISSUE NOT GET RESOLVED, I WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER MONTHLY PAYMENT WHILST I HAVE ALREADY STARTED PAYING FOR MY NEW CONTRACT.

 

I HAVE TRIED TO GO ON THE CHAT AND HAVE LEFT A COMPLAINT, ALL OF WHICH I HAVE RECORDED FOR/IF I HAVE TO REPORT TO THE OMBUDSMAN. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE STRUGGLING WITH THIS,.

 

PLEASE HELP ME RESET THIS PAC CODE AND ALSO MAKE SURE NOTHING GETS PAYED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

FIX YOUR PAC CODE SYSTEM SO YOU DON’T STICK PEOPLE WITH A CHAT BOT THAT CANNOT FIX ISSUES AND FORCE THEM TO PAY UNLESS THEY GIVE UP THEIR NUMBERS
