PAC code error on IDmobile form page. Please HELP!

Hello,

I’m trying to submit a PAC request via the online form. (https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn)

 

I've checked all the fields and the information is correct however I keep getting an error:

 

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.”

 

I’ve resorted to posting this here as the Chat support is also not working even though it should be live.

Please can someone get back to me.

Have you tried iD support via their social media channels @user298672

  • Send a private message using Facebook Messenger.
  • Send a DM on X (formerly Twitter).

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

UPDATE: I managed to get through to live chat and an agent processed the request for me, however, I haven’t received any email confirmation so not completely confident. Lets see what happens tomorrow. 

 

Please can someone who works for IDmobile check the PAC transfer form (https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn) and make sure its working correctly as I can see others have reported this in the forum previously.
