You could try reaching out to iD Mobile’s social media customer support team, by using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

The iD staff work until 8pm weekdays, and 6pm at weekends.

Good luck @Crobio

Hey @Crobio,

Are you entering the correct Transaction number?

This is the one that begins with 4.

If you check your emails, you should have received one that confirms the correct one to use when switching.

You can, alternatively, register for an iD account here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Then click My Services > Keep your number to submit your port request without the transaction number.

Hey @Abdi Amirghiasvand,

I was speaking to you last night via Social Media.

The issue was that O2 provided a PAC code that’s old or incorrect as the one you had was due to expire 21/07/23.

Once O2 get the new PAC code you should be able to submit it.
