pac code not working

I’ve recently requested a pac code from Vodafone, and have entered it on the ID mobile website. I have triple checked the info I put in and it’s all correct. However it’s saying the information is incorrect and can’t process it at the minute. I notice that there’s quite a few people with the same problem but I haven’t seen the solution.

One of most common reasons for this error is that new customers have already submitted their old provider’s PAC to iD Mobile, typically at the point of purchase.

A PAC is valid for 30-days, from the date of issue, and can only be used once.

Pac code not working when I go through transfer page.pls advise.

I'm getting an error everyone I submit.

 

My details are incorrect. Need to migrate urgently is there a direct number to call?

Have you already submitted your PAC code at checkout?

 

If so you won’t be able to submit it again and won’t need to, it’ll port on the date selected/given at checkout.

I'm having the same issue with Vodafone PAC code all the info is correct but I'm unsure weather I have submitted the info during my purchase or not I don't believe I did it is there a way to find out?

I am finding it impossible to speak to anyone even on hte chat - is this normal thinking about cancelling this!

You could send iD support a private message, via their social media pages, @Lynn Wilson

Use Facebook Messenger of X (formerly Twitter) to start a private conversation with an adviser.

I am trying to fill out the number transfer form and I have added all the information including the PAC number and it's not working.

I have just got ID mobile and I wanted to keep my number I got the PAC Code from previous network too how ever it says details entered are not correct. 

 

Reading previous posts I believe it's to do with the transaction ID I have received no transaction ID starting with 4. There is no welcome or order email as I order it from third party website.

 

I need it sorted asap as I need to cancel my previous contract tonight to avoid getting charged for one more month.
