Can somebody PLEASE explain how I get a PAC code for my PAYG number?
Tried calling - no answer
Tried webchat - never enabled
Tried Twitter - got a response, but still no PAC
Tried Facebook - got a response, but still no PAC
Tried the website, but cannot see any option to cancel a PAYG account and get a PAC code - can anyone tell me exactly where it is?
Issuing a PAC code is something that all providers are obliged to do quickly and smoothly, but idMobile don't seem to be able to!

Thanks @Hikari . I did eventually get a PAC from one of the ID guys.
The irony is - I need the PAC so that I can do a switcheroo with my number off PAYG (via another network) and onto idMobile monthly, along with my wife and son. I was very close to dropping the idea and going elsewhere!
I'm gonna stick with it for now as the packages are great value - we'll see how it goes. Thanks for your comments.

Pay Monthly customer can request PAC code using ID Mobile App or Website but PAYG customers do have to call customer support or live chat team.
Try contacting them on Monday as on the weekend they might be closed.
