PAC Code received from ID text and given to new provider is invalid

The experience over the last month, since i (only, apparently partially) ported my number that i had from the company’s provider (Vodafone) for 14 years has been ridiculous!

I have not been able to be called by any of my work ex colleagues or bosses over Christmas, since i retired.

The number of live chats with agents has been too numerous to

mention (with no solution) - As you are probably aware, there is nobody to speak to, and there has been no replies from ‘Trouble sheets’ being passed to a tech team’

So the saga continues with now attempting to obtain a valid PAC code to transfer to a Company who uses the Vodafone network?

ID mobile have ‘Which’ approval - ?

I have just read my message back, and it should read UNable to receive calls from my ex work colleagues, as they still have Vodafone as their provider
