I’m currently with EE and my PAC code is valid until 25/10/2023. I tried to use the PAC code on the ID Mobile web site so that I could retain my old number but ID says my PAC will expire before the change can take place and I must contact EE for another PAC code. Did this and requested another PAC code but EE have sent me the same PAC code. Do I have to wait until the current PAC code expires before EE will issue a new one?

After getting past the BOT, Courtney has applied my current PAC code and my number change will take place tomorrow in the time frame they state on the ID Mobile web site. So I won’t have to wait and get another PAC code. These issues only arise when you get rid of Customer Service agents and replace them with BOTs.
