PAC Code will expire

Hi All,

 

I’ve just requested a PAC, which is still valid for up to 30days, but I get the following error when I tied to use it:

“Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch. This could lead to switching failure or a loss of services, please request a new PAC code from your old network.”

Sounds like you might need to wait for the existing PAC to expire @Gmax.

Afterwards, ask your old service provider for another PAC and try again, or speak to iD Mobile using their online Live Chat service.
