PAC issue - moving from Tesco to iD

I’ve got all the information needed for the PAC transfer but i get an error when filling in the form. All of the details are correct as I’ve double checked. What can I do???

Please could you ensure that the transaction number that you are entering starts with a 4.

If it does please also try your surname in all capital letters.

If you are using a different transaction number you’ll find the correct one that starts with a 4 on your welcome email from us.
