PAC not worked

I have submitted my pac via the website as I want to keep my number from my previous provider and switch to id and have just received a message saying ‘We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect’ what do I do now?

If I was in your position @Zoe Reed, I’d talk privately to iD support about PAC submission using their online live chat service, Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM.

The support teams work until at 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Did you receive a separate text later or are you trying to submit it again and getting this error?

If you are trying to submit again this may be why as we have a requst already.
