PAC/PORT - Not Completed yet


Port was supposed to be done on Nov 20 but I have still not received any update on its progress. I did receive confirmation that port would be done on Nov 20 but no update thereafter on its progress.

Has your old provider’s SIM card stopped working @kzohaib

I’d recommend the iD live chat service, to talk with customer service online about your switch to iD @kzohaib - the iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

Has your old network’s SIM card switched off?

 

Have you tried the iD Mobile SIM card since?
