PAC tranfer

Hello, PAC transfer is due today.  My old SIM is disconnected now, but there is no sign of it being transferred to my iD account.  It's been 3 hours since I was disconnected.  I really need access to my number for work.

When I switched to iD @Tat, there was 5-hours between old provider’s SIM becoming inactive and the number I wanted to keep working with my iD SIM. 

My switch was completed around 3pm on the date scheduled.

    It can take between 8am and 10pm for a number to fully port, glad to hear you’re all sorted now.
