Hi

 

i am trying to transfer to ID but my PAC Or some details aren’t being accepted. I’m wondering if it’s my surname? I am recently married so my surname has changed from Naylor to Richardson  - my EE account is under Naylor and my ID account under Richardson.

    Hi @Lucy Richardson 

     

    If your contract with us is in your new name you’d need to use the new name on our side, does the transaction number you’re using on the port form begin with a 4?
