Can I change my monthly contract to PAYG?

    Hi @KenM 

    Welcome to the iD Community.

    Unfortunately, It's not possible to convert from PAYM > PAYG.

    You can look into changing to a SIM only plan  if you’re due for an upgrade .

    I’m already on sim only, but this phone is hardly ever used for calls.  I’ll probably cancel the contract & purchase a PAYG SIM.  Is it possible to port my existing number?

    Hi @KenM 

    Unfortunately, that’s no possible too.

    We can’t transfer your number from iD to the same network .A number can only be transferred from another network into iD mobile or vice versa.
