I tried to pay my bill meanwhile with 3 different credit-cards.The answer is always: “Oops, your payment was unsuccessful. Please check your details and try again.” What can I do? Any ideas? I tried it about 10 times, at least.

As @andewhite advised, the name and address on the iD Mobile account would need to match the address registered with the bank account.

If the name and addresses match, please try on a different device or browser.

Perhaps the address in your iD account online isn’t exactly the same as the card holder address @Jochen Weiss

It seems UK financial regulations now require these two addresses to match.
