I’ve paid my phone bill and it wasn’t overdue for more than an hour yet I can’t ring anyone and when I try it tells me to open the app and download the data but I can’t

Hey there
When your services are suspended due to a non/late payment, and then paid, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to fully resume. After 24 hours, we’d recommend restarting your phone, and your services should be back online. If not, we’d recommend getting touch with us directly via live-chat or social media to resolve this for you, as we can take off the suspension our end.
