I was using ID mobile for 3 years with sim only, I have now taken out a new phone on contract but it isn’t updating on my ID App with my new monthly bill, although I have cancelled the previous monthly payments.
I have tried to delete then re-install the app but still no update.

You will need to register for a new online account @Kris Wheeler.
You cannot use your old iD Mobile account with a new iD Mobile number.
You can’t use your old email address that you used to register the previous account to create the new account.
