Phone not receiving incoming calls - just going to voicemail

I’ve just joined ID, my number had ported across but I cannot receive any calls! Everyone who calls me goes straight to my voicemail (the phone does not ring and I have no notification that anyone has tried to call). I’ve even tested this from one of my other mobiles and it gos straight ti voicemail 😡

Also does customer support even exist, as Live Chat does not work (it doesnt even appear) and there are no other provisions for contact? 😡😡😡

I’m on a Google Pixel 6 and have followed all ID instructions.

PS I can make outbound calls without issue.

@spessex, have you tried using “##21#” to cancel all diverts?

If Live Chat isn't working, have you tried another of the iD primary support channels - namely:

  • Private message using Facebook Messenger.
  • X (formerly Twitter) DM.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

thanks @andewhite but I dont have FB and Ive used X about once in the past 3 years. I’ll have to have a look at X though is this is the case. It’s just annoying they dont have any other normal channels of contact via their site.

Okay @spessex, have you tried using the “##21#” option to cancel all diverts?

Unfortunately, online only help & support is typically what you get these days with a no-frills mobile operator, such as iD Mobile.
