Have you checked that your number isn’t blocked on the one number you can’t call?
Are you able to text the number without any issues?
Can you also confirm the error message you get whilst trying to call?

it’s actually my husbands number there’s no issue with him ringing me or before I got the contract it’s really strange. It’s definitely not blocked. We can text no problem - when I try and ring him it rings once then goes to voicemail … any ideas on what I can do? Thanks in advance….

So to confirm, you can’t ring him, and it goes straight to voicemail, and you can text him fine?
When you do call him, do you get an error message at all? Or does it simply go straight to voicemail after a single ring?
