phone number not moved over


Hi

I changed over to ID mobile last week & arranged for my old number to transfer over on the 25th (yesterday) using PAC My old contract was cancelled yesterday however my old number hasn’t transferred across yet, is there something I need to do to sort this?

Hopefully iD can get your switch completed, @Miss Pickles - OFCOM switching rules make iD Mobile 100% responsible for getting the switch done correctly and on-time.

Thank you for replying.  I’ve contacted iD support Live Chat.  Problem with Three handing over my number etc.
