I provide the PAC and previous duly terminated their connection this morning. A while later I was able to use the new ID sim and a couple of people were able to phone me, so I though all was well. However, my wife has been unable to get through and I do not know whether this applies to others. Sim manager shows the iD sim but there are two lines below the Sim Name - unknown and unknown number. Why is my phone number not visible?
