Hi, our grand daughter has a phone and sim with ID. the phone is in my wife's name, she pays the monthly rental and we now want to transfer the ownership to the grand daughters name, so she pays monthly, but retain the same number as she has a few contacts. Is this possible?
Thanks

Hi @stormy54,

We don't allow a change of ownership I'm afraid. Also, @ciderboy is right in that she'll need to take out her own contract, however we can't move the number from one iD contract to another, she would need to port it out to another network and then bring the number back in from the other network if she wants to keep it.

Your granddaughter will probably have to get her own sim card (so she can be credit checked) and then you can request a pac code on the original one to transfer the number.
