Phone received but SIM card not received

Hi,

I received my iphone today but did not receive the id mobile sim so I cannot set up my number. Was the sim card meant to be sent out with the phone? If so, I have not received it. Please help.

Did you purchase the iPhone SIM free, or did you select a plan with a monthly set of allowances with the handset, @Samreen Razaq?
