Trying to get help from iD mobile is incredibly frustrating. Live chat not working.
My phone has stopped working and I need to know what my options are.

Is the phone still under warranty? Are you near the end of your phone contract?
From within the Live Chat type in the message box "Talk to a person" . Try this between 8am to 8pm Mon to Fri I think the times are.
