Phone upgrade arrived but the phone box was already open and seal broken

I have also just recieved my new phone and the seal on the box is broken

My phone has also arrived with a broken seal. Does this mean I need to return it?

Hi @Gareth Warner-Cheesman,

Handsets undergo random quality checks whilst at our warehouse.

If the handset has no damage and is still new you shouldn’t need to return it.
