Hi I can't make/receive any calls and texts as it is asking for a 4 pin code iv tried 0000 and 1234 which was on your website. Please help!

The default SIM pin is 0000. If you have changed it at some point but forgotten what you changed it to, then you will require a PUK to reset it. Simply enter an incorrect pin code three times and you will be required to enter a PUK code and choose a new four digit pin. Live chat can provide you with the required PUK.     Hey @Laura Packer,

    As @WelshPaul  has answered, use 0000 and if it doesn’t work, you’ll need to speak to us for this and we can get a PUK code or we can send a replacement SIM out.

    You can also pick one up for free via Currys then activate it.
