Placed order but no emails recieved

I’ve placed an order, setup the direct debit, entered PAC code and selected date to transfer and recieved and downloaded the contract as a PDF file, but haven’t recieved any kind of confirmation email of any kind. Is this normal, and if not how can I fix this?

When did you place the order and was the handset showing in-stock?
