PLEASE HELP LOST SIM, cannot log into app, need to cancel, cannot access livechat


I desperately need help. I am travelling and lost my SIM card. I therefore cannot log into the app as it requires text authentication which I can’t do. I have tried countless times to find the ‘live chat’, however any link provided just takes me to a webpage listing products/offers. 
 

I really need to either cancel my sim contract or see if an eSIM option is possible with ID mobile. This is urgent. 
 

please someone help me

Have you tried sending a PM via one of the iD Mobile social media channels, ​@Lizzielostsim?

You can also get a replacement SIM from any Currys store.

Thank you for replying. I can’t go to a curry’s store I’m in Thailand. I don’t have fb or twitter, but could potentially make an account just to contact ID mobile…if this is the only solution 😓

To speak with an iD adviser via iD Live Chat, just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. 

The advisers work until 8pm (UK time) on weekdays.

But the link just takes me to this: there is no live chat!
