I have not used ID mobile Sim because it was just an extra sim that came with my new phone ages ago like 5 years ago I thought it was free but I never used that sim I just kept it but now it is lost but ID mobile keeps taking money from me even though I haven’t used that sim even once since the sim is lost I cannot create an account on ID mobile or I can’t call or get in though with ID mobile since I don’t know the sim phone number i cancelled the direct debit going from my bank account since I do not use this but I had a letter saying that this could affect my credit score but I have been paying £13 for 5 years every month for nothing because I have never used that sim please cancel this please ID mobile
